My room struggled to cool down properly, even with the AC cranked up, and the shower head definitely needed a swift replacement for better pressure. Parking came with an extra charge, and the floors weren’t the cleanest, leaving black marks on my feet at times. It's not a deal-breaker, but worth noting.
